Kunmie has released the official video for the remix of his hit single, “Arike.” The track features a harmonious reimagining with Nigerian songstress Simi and English singer Mabel, bringing together three generations of musical talent from across different continents.
The remix, produced by Kazez, is a track from Kunmie’s debut extended play (EP), Before We Became Strangers. The four-track project served as Kunmie’s official introduction to the music scene.
Directed by Ademola Oyebode, the new video elevates the remix’s theme of self-assured love with choreography that turns the infectious track into a multisensory experience. The visual showcases each artist’s unique style and personality, creating a compelling and cohesive performance.
