Humblesmith, born Ekenedirichukwu Ijemba, started his journey in acting before moving fully into music. Growing up with a love for storytelling and highlife melodies, he later moved to Lagos where his sound found direction. His breakout came with “Osinachi,” which introduced his emotional and melodic style to a wider audience.
On “Moment,” he sings about admiration and attraction at first sight. The song tells the story of meeting someone who immediately stands out and sparks interest. Instead of rushing into love, he focuses on simple connection and the desire to spend time together, captured in his wish to
“take a little walk” with her.
