Acclaimed Nigerian hip-hop and Afropop star Zoro Swagbag returns with a boisterous new single, “Settings,” a vibrant celebration of God’s favour, personal progress, and the rewards of hard work.
Born Owoh Chimaobi Chrismathner, the Enugu-born artist has long been a key figure in modern African rap, celebrated for effortlessly integrating Igbo culture, sharp lyricism, and storytelling into mainstream pop. On “Settings,” Zoro steps into a well-earned victory lap, offering an upbeat soundtrack designed for the festive season ahead.
Produced collaboratively by Izzy Beats and legendary Afrobeats hitmaker Masterkraft, “Settings” fuses an infectious urban bounce with nostalgic Highlife textures. The vibrant backdrop gives Zoro room to deliver confident, swagger-filled verses while maintaining an energetic rhythm. Beyond the success and comfortable lifestyle, the record highlights communal triumph—emphasizing gratitude to God and sharing the fruits of labor with family and day-one brothers.
With its blend of ambition, gratitude, and infectious rhythm, “Settings” arrives as an anthem for celebrating how far life has come and embracing the blessings of the present moment.
“Settings” is out now and available on all major music streaming platforms worldwide via ONErpm.
