Nigerian superstar Tiwa Savage has released her fourth studio album, “This One Is Personal,” a compelling project that blends Afrobeat rhythms, soulful melodies, and deeply introspective lyrics.
According to Tiwa Savage, the album is a reflection of her personal journey. “Every single record resonates with an experience I’ve gone through,” she said. “It took two years for me to do this record.”
The 15-track album showcases Savage’s artistic versatility and vocal brilliance, encapsulating her decade-long musical odyssey. It features guest appearances from Skepta, James Fauntleroy, and taves, with each artist delivering standout contributions. The production is exceptional, with various producers contributing a distinct sound that creates a cohesive and vibrant sonic experience.
“This One Is Personal” serves as the successor to her critically acclaimed 2020 album “Celia” and marks a new chapter in her musical evolution. The album was preceded by the singles “On The Low” featuring Skepta and “You4Me.”
