Pioneer in the electronic and African music space, producer Sigag Lauren, has returned with a vibrant new single, “Love Yourself,” featuring the tender, soulful vocals of alt R&B fusion artist, Lawanii.
Sigag Lauren, who began his musical journey as a curious teenager experimenting with beats in his bedroom, has built a reputation for crafting sounds that seamlessly blend percussive Afro-house elements with fluid synth textures. On “Love Yourself,” his signature electronic warmth provides an energizing yet deeply comforting foundation.
Lawanii, an emerging voice known for her captivating blend of R&B and Soul, anchors the track with sincerity. The song itself is a powerful reminder of self-acceptance, empowerment, and the courage to stand firmly in one’s truth. It encourages listeners to embrace their uniqueness, stay hopeful, and recognize their inner strength. With clear, motivational affirmations like, “You are born different, you will shine differently,” the record serves as a much-needed soundtrack for self-discovery and confidence.
For both artists, this collaboration carries a clear, focused message: they believe that embracing your own uniqueness is the first step toward true happiness and that loving yourself is the most important foundation for moving forward. “Love Yourself” is a demonstration of how deeply moving messages can be delivered through infectious, genre-bending rhythm.
“Love Yourself” is out now and available to stream on all major music platforms.
