His latest seven-track album, The Life Recording, continues that journey with a collection centred on

The album opens with “Agbanilagbatan,” a joyful expression of gratitude that celebrates God as the One

Battle Belongs to God,” Bassey shifts the focus from human struggle to divine victory.
“The Potentate” continues the album’s declaration of God’s sovereignty, exalting Him above every
earthly authority and kingdom. The worship journey moves into “Glory to God in the Highest,” a
triumphant expression of praise that celebrates God’s ability to bring beauty from ashes and remain
faithful through every season.
On “Onye Kam Ga Si Na Oyiri Gi,” Bassey reflects on the incomparable nature of God, declaring that
there is no one who can be likened to Him. The album closes with “New Beauty,” a hopeful declaration
of restoration that looks toward God’s ability to renew lives and make all things new.
