From the very start, the song pulls listeners into an enchanting vibe with warm guitar riffs and the gentle, pulsating log drums. Produced by Ragee, the beat merges Afrobeat’s lively bounce with Amapiano’s groovy essence, resulting in a distinctly fresh and highly danceable sound.
L.A.X’s vocals flow smoothly and mesmerize as he croons about a captivating woman who has sparked his interest and ignited his fantasies. His verses are deeply relatable, vividly depicting moments of attraction and commitment to a beloved.
The track reaches an energetic peak when Olamide enters with his verse, injecting the song with his signature rapid-fire flow and street-smart authenticity delivered in Pidgin. The chemistry between L.A.X’s smooth lover-boy charm and Olamide’s gritty charisma is flawless, creating a track that is both romantic and undeniably powerful.
“Belinda” follows L.A.X’s recent star-studded studio album, Nobody Like Zaza, and serves as further proof of his ability to consistently deliver chart-topping collaborations.
