Nigerian multihyphenate EmmaOMG (actor, comedian, and now gospel artist) unveils his deeply personal musical debut, "The Ohmgee Choir Project"—a vibrant collection of
praise songs designed to inspire worship and unwavering trust in divine guidance. Best known for his viral comedy sketches, EmmaOMG reveals another layer of his artistry with this surprise gospel pivot. The album reflects his lifelong devotion to faith, channeled through exuberant choral arrangements and call-and-response traditions. "This project is my loudest praise to the Almighty," he shares.
Tracks like "Trust in the Lord" blend contemporary gospel rhythms with classic hymnal structures, creating a bridge between generations. The album’s communal energy—recorded with a live choir—feels both intimate and cathedral-grand, perfect for both private reflection and congregational celebration.
