DJ Latitude, the Lagos-based DJ, producer, and performer born Adebayo AbdulLateef Ayomide, today announced the release of his dynamic new two-track EP, Steady + Dirty. Known for his experimental approach to music and mixtapes, DJ Latitude has carved a unique niche in the industry, and this latest offering promises to further redefine his sound.
Following the immense success of his “Labalaba Remix” featuring Fireboy, Ayanfe, and Wckedd, which garnered millions of streams, DJ Latitude returns with a fresh narrative. The Steady + Dirty EP presents a compelling duality of sound and emotion.
“Steady,” featuring Major AJ, offers a subdued yet piercing exploration of heartbreak. It’s a raw, reflective piece, wrapped in quiet resilience, allowing listeners to connect with its profound emotional depth. In contrast, “Dirty,” featuring Jaywillz and Muis, delivers smooth, hypnotic vibes, skillfully peeling back layers of desire and allure. Together, these tracks paint a vivid picture of emotion in motion, showcasing DJ Latitude’s versatility and storytelling prowess.
Produced by NYRP, My Stylez, and M&M OVO’s, Steady + Dirty is more than just new music; it’s a bold statement from an artist continually pushing boundaries. DJ Latitude continues to redefine his sonic landscape, blending compelling narratives with irresistible grooves that resonate deeply with his audience.
