Ghanaian-American singer MOLIY has teamed up with South African songstress Tyla to release their dazzling new single, “Body Go.” The track is a vibrant, irresistible fusion of Afro-pop and Amapiano that serves as a pure celebration of movement and the magnetic pull of the dance floor.
“Body Go” radiates an infectious energy from the first shimmering synth notes to the signature log drum rhythm. Producers FRNCH and Deema strike a perfect harmony, merging Amapiano’s groovy bounce with Afro-pop’s heartfelt melodies to create a truly global sound.
Lyrically, “Body Go” is an anthem of release. The chorus is repetitive in the best way: easy to learn, hard to forget, and impossible to resist. MOLIY’s sultry vocal delivery perfectly captures the feeling of losing yourself in the music, of letting the rhythm take over as worries fade away.
Tyla’s melodic tone adds a layer of effortless cool, with her South African roots enriching the track’s cross-continental appeal. Together, MOLIY and Tyla’s voices create a hypnotic exchange, echoing the song’s theme of shared euphoria.
This song is a musical passport, a sound that feels equally at home on a beach, in a club, or through a pair of headphones during an escape from the everyday.
The single “Body Go” is available now on all major streaming platforms.
