Rising Afrobeats sensation Great Adamz has added a unique Nigerian flavour to one of the most recognisable kids’ songs in the world. Personally invited to record a Yoruba version of The Gummy Bear Song — a track that has garnered billions of views globally — Adamz delivered “Emi Ni Gomu Bear”, writing the Yoruba lyrics himself to capture the song’s playful spirit while making it relatable to Nigerian audiences.
Released on July 30, 2025 via the official Gummibär channel, Emi Ni Gomu Bear stands alongside over 40 other language versions, cementing Great Adamz’s role in the song’s expanding cultural reach. The collaboration highlights not only the track’s enduring global appeal but also Adamz’s versatility as a songwriter and performer.
The feature comes on the heels of continued success for Adamz’s own single, “Funke”, which has racked up over 514,000 streams on Audiomack and nearly 878,000 views on YouTube for its official music video. Known for blending infectious melodies with authentic Nigerian storytelling, Adamz is proving his ability to connect with audiences both locally and internationally.
With Emi Ni Gomu Bear introducing him to millions of new listeners worldwide and “Funke” closing in on a million streams, Great Adamz is steadily carving his name into the global music landscape — one catchy hook at a time.
