Zaiam is a fast-rising Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performing artist steadily building a unique space within the contemporary Afro-fusion landscape. Born Liman Hamza, he draws inspiration from Afrobeats, R&B, soul, and other global influences to create music that reflects both his Nigerian roots and his experiences abroad. Now based in Canada and navigating his career between Winnipeg and Toronto,
he continues to shape a sound that feels both personal and internationally minded.
His latest single, "2 Lit," featuring Azanti, embraces the excitement of nightlife and the freedom that comes with living in the moment. The song opens with a question that immediately sets the mood, where have you been all this time? From there, the track unfolds into an invitation to leave worries behind, enjoy the company of good people, and embrace the energy of the night. References to sweet peach Bellinis and waiting for the sun to shine create an atmosphere that feels relaxed, playful, and carefree.
Azanti adds another layer to the record with a verse that balances ambition with celebration. Declaring that he is back to basics and focused on building his future, he shifts effortlessly into the song's infectious call to turn the music up and keep the party going. Built on energetic production and memorable hooks.
"2 Lit" is a celebration of self-expression and enjoying life without apology. The single captures the feeling of being completely immersed in the moment, reminding listeners that sometimes the best nights are the ones spent dancing, laughing, and letting go.
"2 Lit" is now available on all streaming platforms via ONErpm
